# Store customization (logo, photos, description)

🏪 Store Customization & Profile Setup

A well-presented store increases trust, improves claim rates, and makes your brand stand out on the map. Here’s how to customize your store profile in Bkindness.

🛠️ How to Edit Your Store Profile

Navigate to Store > Store Data on the sidebar.

You’ll see the full store setup form with the following fields:

Field Description

🌍 Country of Operation Select the country where your store operates.

🏢 Store Name The public name that will be visible to users (e.g., TacoBell).

🏷️ Industry Choose your category (e.g., Restaurant, Fashion, Tech). This helps users filter stores.

🧠 Slogan (optional) A short tagline that represents your brand’s vibe. Example: “Fast food, fast smiles.”

📝 Store Description Briefly describe what your business offers. This appears on your store profile in the app.

🌐 Website (optional) Add your store’s website (e.g., tacobell.com).

📱 Social Media Links (optional) Add Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok links. These improve credibility.

📧 Email Used for notifications and support. This won’t be shown to users.

🕘 Operating Hours Let customers know when you’re open. Hours will appear in your profile.

📍 Address Your main store or branch location. It’s used for location-based rewards.

📞 Phone Number Optional, for support or direct customer queries.

As you fill in your details, a live preview on the right shows how your store will look in the Bkindness app:

🎨 Store Banner & Logo<br>

To customize your store banner and logo, click on:

Brand Settings → Store Branding

From there, you can:

&#x20;• Upload a profile logo

&#x20;• Add a header/banner image

&#x20;• Adjust theme colors (in supported plans)<br>

💡 Visual branding builds trust — aim for clean, recognizable visuals.

After updating your store data:

&#x20;1\. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

&#x20;2\. Refresh the app preview if changes don’t appear immediately.

&#x20;3\. Your store is now ready to launch campaigns!
